“I am Saint Alphonsus Liguori.  Mankind understands that the physical body has many demands every day.  It is healthy to have a routine that takes care of the many human needs.  Another part of man, the intellect, the mind, should be constantly used, to keep it alert, updated, and of course, directed to be able to live a healthy mental structure of life.

Not as many as should, see the importance of spiritual understanding, not just spiritual reference at given times.  Understanding spiritual responsibilities gives strength to one’s mental and physical growth and capacities, because a sound moral structure gives hope, gives purpose, and in its existence, is able to instill strength in every facet of a human being.

Sometimes mankind complains about ill health and is told there is nothing wrong.  The symptoms do not leave, the characteristics of illness continue to show.  Where there is sound spiritual stability, there is a definite feeling of physical and mental control.  Where there is immorality, there is much weakness throughout the whole being, making the individual vulnerable to all outside difficulties or outside depraved minds of individuals, that can only express helplessness, hopelessness, weakness, and filter into the mind of an individual, a depressive state of being.

As I look throughout the world, there is so much discouragement, disagreement, provoked by many who stress self-importance, self-knowledge, self-love.  The world has forgotten the importance of sound morality.  The world has forgotten the necessity for peace of mind, body, and Soul.  The world has forgotten that human life has a purpose, and there are so few in the world who are sound example for this purpose.

Many books are written.  Most should never be read by anyone, but mankind, in his or her thirst to be updated, will buy what will be improper for any part of human life.  There is great tragedy throughout the world.  Mankind should be retaught what was given 3,000 years ago, God’s Commandments.  So be it.”
