“I am Saint Alphonsus Liguori.  Many men in their younger years feel that they have the desire to walk for God in a special vocation of life.  The thought is good, yet challenging, because at the time they begin to feel the beauty of telling others about The Creator, they do not realize that it is based on much sound reasoning, concern, willingness, interest, and yes, totally believing in the Greatness of The Creator; the important part of understanding what a valuable vocation, leading others morally, spiritually, through the physical, is greater than mankind can comprehend.

Today as I speak, for those present I taught much, alerting the minds of those present to the value of spiritual growth, spiritual knowledge, spiritual values, spiritual participations.  To some who hear these Words, read these Words, they might think fanaticism, that the human body must be well-balanced in all areas of occupations, thus ignoring that human life has the greatest occupation of any living matter or thing, and that is that human life has a Goal beyond any other living thing.

Today as I speak, I see thousands of men, women and children blindly walking into ugliness, immorality, and a lack of understanding that their Soul is at stake in every thought, word, deed, touch, feel, action.

We hear so many say, ‘I cannot see my Soul, but I am told I have One.’ Logic should tell those who speak this way that human life, in its very inward desire, wants to achieve a goal, physical, mental, and spiritual.  The physical they understand, the mental they understand to a point, but when it comes to his or her Soul, they feel that This is an unknown factor as to what to expect, so they quickly ignore the subject matter, thus allowing their moral practices or immoral practices to be totally humanistic in concept on all subjects.

Even those who have studied spiritual subjects, the Importance of the Soul, and what is expected of them regarding their Soul, oftentimes ignore the Importance of this Subject, because humanistic values come into play, allowing them to ignore the most Precious Gift he or she has, and that is That Portion that will remain Forever, and be judged according to the one in whom It was placed at the moment of conception.

At this time, and for some time now to this time, so much Instruction has been delivered, awakening, enlightening, encouraging, and deliberately instructing all degrees of human life on the importance of purity regarding what they do, what they say, what example they are to others morally, because it is so easy for mankind to act without thinking of what the act will do to his or her Soul.

We hear some say, ‘If the Soul is a Portion of God, doesn’t He take care of It?’ Yes, He does, but in each human life the custodian of the Soul is the one who through life, uses the Soul in every thought, every word, every action, because the Soul, though not visibly seen, reflects in a way unbelievable to the human mind, and radiates through the individual to the eyes of others, what the individual truly is like morally, physically, spiritually.

Today as I speak in Words understandable, I cannot leave you without saying, ‘Do not abuse that Portion of you that is also a Portion of your Creator.’ So be it.”
