Mother Frances' First Trip To Rome

On the first visit to Rome in May, 1973, Mother Frances met with the late Cardinal Raimondi who was at this time the Delegate of Cause in Rome. This meeting came about through Cardinal Raimondi's interest in The Miracle Of Saint Joseph. Not only did this true Prince of the Church recognize the Validity of the Miracle, but he warned her of the grave danger she was in, even from some of the men in the Church, because of What she stood for and the many heresies Heaven had condemned as being against God's Commandments.

In May of 1973, Mother Frances also met with Cardinal Wright. This meeting was arranged by Cardinal Raimondi. At this time Cardinal Wright was given a presentation on the architectural renderings for the project. A few days later Cardinal Wright was presented a portfolio containing detailed plans of the project to that date. Cardinal Wright was the highest ranking American prelate stationed in Rome at the time.
