“The human being is made up of cells of matter that can deteriorate, decay, and become physically unstable easily. The human being is but a likeness of Me; on its own, has a capacity, has a degree and has a certain capability, but hardship of many areas, in many areas, can cause disturbance, disaster to the physical being.
The elements of light, darkness, sound, time, can cause degrees of deterioration to a human being. Children are not always of such great strength they hope to be. My little ones, bear in mind that rest, physically, mentally and spiritually, is important when you work for The Divine.”
