“A constant remark made by millions of people throughout time has been, ‘I want to feel close to God, but I also want to live a normal life.’

Sound logic says the but is a ridiculous connecting word. It also says that the emphasis on the but falsely identifies normal living to a totally opposite relationship from closeness to God.

In the total Creation of man, God did not separate man from Him. This should help men to understand that to live a normal, full, happy life, means a close relationship with God continuously, constantly. The only time man separates himself from normal to abnormal is when he himself indulges in all that is against God.

The next time you say to yourself or to anyone else, ‘I want to live a full life, I want to do it the right way; I want God in my mind, in my works, in my words, in my thoughts, in my actions, in my deeds, so that my life will be fulfilled according to His Will for me,’ then you will live a life of normalcy, of reality, of fulfillment.”
