Mother Frances was 46 years old when The Miracle of Saint Joseph was announced to her in 1967. As a Chosen Soul, she endured a series of preparations designed by God to enable her to serve physically, mentally and Spiritually to do His Will as a True Mystic. After several months of preparations, along with Lessons from The Divine in obedience, trust, humility and self-discipline, she was ready to deliver God’s Messages to others. In future years, she withstood additional preparations as God The Father took her human nature, personality, heart and will.
The following Revelation Excerpts describe more about the preparations Mother Frances endured.
“I know that when I speak through this small one in the world, the Power that I extend, that I pass through her body to reach you, is difficult on every bit of her mental and physical life. The way We speak, the manner in which it has been chosen to reach you, took much preparation. There was much in the beginning, of human suffering beyond man’s ability to understand, because in the preparation of the human body the physical senses had to be taught, trained, prepared, to accept All of Us Here. There were many times that The Father would intercept and say, ‘We must be easier now, for the littleness through which We work is having a difficult time because of the strength it takes and it will take in the future.”
“My beloved children, I, Saint Joseph, have given this child many Lessons in obedience, trust, humility, and yes, self-discipline. I allowed her to speak to you in the manner she did so you would better understand the littleness she was and is. You see, The Father has placed This Miracle for Me upon the earth for each of thee. The ‘Preparation’ that this child endured, went through, and yes, conquered, was in a Special Way. It had to be a daily way. And so I come to you from the Heavens Where I stay and I say, ‘You, too, have a preparation, for you see, all children must prepare themselves to one day see The Holy Trinity.’”
“It is true, The Father has this child’s nature, personality, heart and will. What made this all necessary was His Love for man, for He wanted to assure man that nothing of her could penetrate This Great Miracle of Life, of Light, of Hope, of Direction, of Teaching, for the sake of men’s Souls.
I speak through a little one in the world and I, Saint Therese, say with Great Love, ‘You are the recipients of Great Love.’
This child, this woman, walks in the Light of Divine Hope, bare of what men use in the world. She is not allowed the use of the treasures men are given to make life more bearable in the midst of men. We, Here in the Heavens, call it ‘a life of blindness’, ‘a life of feeling totally abandoned by The Father’s Love’. ”
“When My Name was first announced, that This Great Miracle would bear My Name, the instrument through whom I speak, and have spoken thousands and thousands and thousands of times, was concerned because of the Position I held, and that I stood for men.
We used to talk many times, Many of Us Here, through this instrument, to convince her that it was not a case of gender, but a case of Importance for the world to receive the Messages. And sometimes, when I would speak with much too much Power within her, The Heavenly Queen would alert Me to the frailty, as the child fell to the ground, totally encompassed by the Power I demonstrated. As I would lift her to her feet, demanding that no one touch her, no one but I would touch her, it was difficult for some to understand, but at that moment she was totally in My Command.”
“It is not natural for a human being to want to be held so tightly, because the will wants the freedom to act, but it took a long ‘Preparation’ for this woman you know, to accept this manner of living, this form of speech, this acceptance of My Will, so you could be reached.”
“The Angels, in the beginning of This Great Miracle, were told to go and speak with her. She would try to ignore Them. In Their lightness, Their love for This Miracle, They would ask her to sing with Them. Her anger showed, her temper showed, and she would try to dismiss Them, but in her love for The Father she would respond to the request gently, and We would watch this woman in the world struggle because it was not her will to sing with Them.
This may sound like a light subject but it is not, for there have been so many times that obedience to a Command, to a Request, to a Statement, to a Direction from Here was not easy for her to comply with. Time, in passing, has changed much of this.”
“When this child was Confirmed, the choice of names came up, and the choice was frivolous at times, names that were appealing, and We Here in the Heavens pointed to one name that had to be. The name was not accepted at first, and of course, the child, not knowing the Energy and the Force that was encouraging this particular name, was going to defy the idea of the name, but We Here in the Heavens named her and she did not know why that name came about.
The name was questioned by many when she said openly what the name would be, and the name was ‘Joan’. The big argument was, ‘Does it go with the rest of my name?’ and We in the Heavens smiled and said, ‘What you think and what you feel, We understand, but there is a purpose for the name, because in many ways you will follow a path similar to a warrior in another time, in another place, for other measures of Faith.’
I am Saint Joan and I have spoken many times through this woman in the world. When This Great Miracle was announced, the innocence that was expressed was very much like the innocence I had, in much younger years than she, but there was a determination to fulfill whatever God intended This Great Miracle to be. The only questioning that came forth was: ‘Is this positively what God wants? I do not want to do wrong where This Great Miracle is concerned.’
Through the years since the time I walked the earth, I have been present at different times of what you would call ‘training a child to listen’, but in this particular case, it was obvious the concern for Truth was constantly evident, and still is. The concern for everyone who listened has always been and still is and always will be.”
“Many Stories have been written about the way I walked the earth. Yes, it was difficult at such a young age to understand why certain things were being done, why I was involved with so many men, but as this woman stands before you on this night, since birth she has been surrounded by many men. Some were considered friends, some were considered family, and then, when the time came and you were all brought before her, thousands of others were also brought, placed there. They all got the same attention. Some rejected; some said, ‘Some day I’ll return,’ but you have been Blessed, you have been gifted, for you are here tonight to hear the Words.”
“Yes, I am known by Two Names, the One so many men love because it is a Name they can relate to, and that is ‘Saint Joseph’, but I Am, in spite of what some men think or want to think, ‘I Am The Third Person of The Holy Trinity’.
This child was handed This Message a long time ago. She passed the tests when men tried to force her to reject This Statement regarding Me. She has been blessed abundantly by it, because you see, it takes deep Faith, strong will, to deny man what he wants to force her and everyone else to think.”
“When she was commanded to share a picture of My Heart with all of you, she never questioned it, but she did say one thing: ‘Be kind to them, for I know, as You knelt me before this picture, there was much physical hurt.’ It was the preparation for this day to be and more to come.”
